Fleet Landing is Northeast Florida’s premiere Life Care community; its stunning campus only minutes away from the vibrant local culture of Jacksonville and its serene beaches. FIVE19 began work with Fleet Landing in the fall of 2020 during the conversion and fill-up phases of their community expansion project—inclusive of new Independent Living and Assisted Living residences, plus new dining and wellness buildings. Our team dove head first into marketing the expansion project with nimble and creative solutions—filming a new television commercial with remote art direction during the pandemic. Over the years, we've completed a number of well-executed and high performing lead generation and branding tactics.
Using different types of breath to carry the viewer through the 2023 television commercial we created a dynamic sensory experience while showcasing the remarkable community spaces and bustling resident life. From a deep inhale at the start of an outdoor group yoga class, to the quick gasp of excitement during an on-campus performance, the commercial gives prospective residents an inside look at the community's upscale lifestyle in a way that feels tangible, effortless and human.
