As the Director of Client Services since June 2023, Karen Grimm brings a rich background in advertising, strategy and consulting to the team. Born in New York State, she spent her early years in Geneva, Switzerland, and Oxford, England, before returning to the U.S. After graduating from UVA, Karen worked as a paralegal before finding her true vocation, advertising.

With more than 30 years of experience ranging from advertising account management to Chief Strategy Officer to independent consulting, she brings first-rate talent to her role at FIVE19. She loves the fast pace and friendly atmosphere at the office as she continues to build out our client services department.

Outside the office Karen keeps a busy lifestyle that includes running, cycling, gardening, reading and getting absorbed by historical dramas.
