Shelby joined FIVE19 in November 2023 as the first formal account manager, and she has leveraged her detail-oriented nature with her bubbly personality to support clients with everything from project management to strategic thinking.

After growing up in the Richmond suburbs, Shelby studied communications at Christopher Newport University. She then began her career and spent seven years at a traditional digital and branding agency. At FIVE19, she loves that every day is different—and her favorite moment is watching projects drive results.

She currently lives in RVA’s Museum District with two loveable orange cats. Off the clock, she is a concert enthusiast and amateur foodie.
